Description
A pencil sketch done for my far away friend who lives in Canada
Kaleigh is his adorable 3,5 year old daughter...
A3 paper, mechanical pencil (should be 2B, the marking is no longer visible on the lead !), squishy rubber, 8B darkwash pencil, colored pencils for flower which didnt turn out so good!
...Unlike my other photographed works, this one is scanned...

I think by making the shadows a bit darker, this can get more contrast and not seem as flat.

About the flowers, I only wanted one of them to be colored to give it a "tinted effect"... I didnt want all the attention drawn to the flowers rather than the face itself,esp the eyes, which are supposed to attract the most attention...
